Group Litigation in Banking and Financial Services Disputes

Adrian is the Joint Head of Chambers at 3VB and a Deputy High Court Judge. His practice focusses on commercial disputes, in particular involving banking and financial services.

Jonathan took silk in 2006 and specializes in banking and financial services disputes. He has extensive experience of large group actions in that field, having acted for the largest claimant group in the RBS Rights Issue litigation, and is currently instructed in a number of group actions including the Ingenious tax scheme litigation.

Peter is a 2019 silk with a specialism in group litigation in particular relating to securities. He has in depth experience of group actions relating to prospectus liability, misleading statements to the market, tax mitigation schemes, data breach and product liability.
